Fine Art, Education & Healthcare

Barbara Holmes-Fryefield, is an expressive artist, fine artist, and teacher. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Certificate in Art for Education. Barbara is owner of the Artist Palette Florida LLC. Her private work is a collective of work produced thru the years as she experimented, and mastered multi mediums. Barbara applies knowledge of creative art, painting, drawing, and visual art to her new work in mixed media.

She additionally works with children and adults in healthcare. She facilitates using creative processes in a non-threatening, spontaneous, and fun way that helps participants construct a new understanding of themselves and those around them. She works with adults, children, and families in Arts In Healthcare at the University of North Florida Proton Therapy Institute in Jacksonville, Florida. Her program is focused on self-expression, communication, and wellness.
